Life Skills

Part of our comprehensive coaching model is focusing on skills outside of physical fitness and recovery. Oftentimes our coaches identify areas of daily life that may require additional support, such as time management, organization, communication, budgeting and job readiness. Our coaches help guide clients out of old patterns to a place of confidence, empowerment and personal agency. Life skills coaches may offer guidance with household management and cleaning, navigating public transportation, resume-building, interview skills, technology application and even meal preparation, which partners well with our nutrition program. All components of Active Recovery Coaching work together to address the 8 Dimensions of Wellness, cultivating a lifestyle change that paves the way for long-term recovery.
