Healthy habits are at the forefront of our priorities, and diet is one of the most important parts of physical fitness and health. No matter what we do in the gym, our eating habits must be in line with our goals to see improvement. Most of us have dealt with disordered eating in some shape or form, whether that means binging, restricting, comfort eating or body dysmorphia. Our nutrition program is designed to cultivate a feeling of freedom around food and fitness, learning to fuel our bodies with healthy habits and daily practices.
Under the supervision of a certified nutritionist, the ARC program offers individualized nutrition planning, as well as one-on-one guidance and demonstrations surrounding meal preparation and planning, grocery shopping and budgeting, and even macronutrients and meal guides. Wherever you’re at, we’ll guide you through the process of shifting your mindset and habits toward healthier eating.
